>inb4 its all filters bro
No there is a video interview of him and he looks as perfect as he's in these pictures.
I want to be like him but I'm 26 but I look like I'm in my mid 30s(Unhealthy fat and carb rich diet resulting in I assume 30% body fat body + Wageing + Lack of sleep). I know genes and stuff and how it's very important but at the very least I want to recover how I looked like a few years ago during my college years(when I looked much much better than now and didn't have as terrible an eating disorder) and maintain it for some time(at least till my late 30s). Is it too late for me already to be recovering and maintaining my youthful looks and just focus on just being healthy? If it's not, then what should be the diet I should be following(this guy says he isn't exercising much and it mostly have to do with his diet which is just rice with lean meat and fish soup)?

I dont wanna give you a non-answer so there is no secret the homie works out frequently watches what he eats, blessed with gens and did some minor surgery. There is a certain look that fits everybody you are comparing yourself to somebody thats way above your own current expectations. Make some progress first for a year or two and look back.

I came across a comment who personally knows this guy where it said he's was very disciplined since his late teens. And I'm in my almost done with my mid 20s. Maybe it's too late for me to be a gilf(no homo, that's what a girl in the comments called him) like him.

Get lean and use light make up to cover dark circles at least.
If your genetics make you look your age or older you won't be able to look younger no matter what but at least you'll look a lot better than you do currently.

The thing is my mom despite having the same unhealthy lifestyle I have look very young for her age. My sister has inherited her genes and looks like a teenager when she's in her 20s. But I probably got my father's ugly genes.

I don't think looking older means you're uglier.
I have a baby face and now that I'm 35 more people seem to be polite and kind to me, get more women flirting etc while when I was 20 something everyone was behaving as if I was some kid and 14 year old girls were trying to get with me.
I think you just had your peak when you were younger and it's better that way, you don't feel left behind while everyone else you know moves on.

I had a baby face when I was a teen and in my college and no one looked at me. Now that I'm looking older no one is looking at me either. I never had a phase where I was considered 'desirable' ever.

Sucks bro but what I was trying to say is that while looking younger may be part of being attractive, it's not everything.
Do you think Andy Milonakis is attractive for example?

I would delay my judgement until he lost a few pounds. The thing about me is though, I wasn't fat during college but after that I started to bald and my skin got shittier as well.

This is a bunch of bullshit. I aged very rapidly in my teens because I have a robust-masculine face. So when I was 16 I looked 20 something. But because I have that robust masculine face I still look like I’m in my 20’s despite being nearing 40. A lot of blacks have the same thing where by the time they are 13 they look 25 but then they stay that way for all the way up until their 60’s. Just because you age rapidly currently doesn’t mean it is always gonna be like that.

Some tips I found out when I fasted and cut out shit food.
    >shit food really fricks my skin up.
Particularly HFCS processed shit like muffins, oreos, etc.
    >calorie restriction helped
I was fasting at the time and I am convinced autophagy is real and it helps

My skin improved a ton when I was eating less shit, reducing my calorie intake, etc. Skin went from being kinda bad, to teenager tier almost.
Try some of these things and report back. It took me a while to see results(weeks).
Currently my skin is shit again because I ate like shit.

    Most importantly
    Caloric deficit
    Unprocessed food
You need to be 10-12% bf to look aesthetic/young
    Good sleep
    Reduce stress
    Adequate sunlight

Its never too late dude, especially when you are this fat (30% body fat) you can look wayyy better easily with minor tweaks

all of said things correct. I will expand list:
avoid ALL sugar, milk cassein a1 protein, gluten/all other lectins and go low carb. no its not about keto but avoiding certain pro inflammatory vegetables like tomatoes, bell pepper, beans etc.
restore your gut microbiome and you will see results that amaze you.

my asthma/brainfog/eczema gone. a friend who is 12 months on the diet who was basically bald is growing hair again, I wouldn't believe it if I didnt see it with my own eyes. it sounds like advertisement. just try, doesn't cost you anything.

What specifically to eat? For now I'm only eating once a day eating multigrain porridge with some butter with 1-2 eggs(not wasting the yolk). Is there some changes I should make? I live alone in an apartment which has no refrigerator(and I'm saving up money to buy one) as well as being a wagie gives me less time to cook for myself.

He looks like he's in his 30s or 40s. Very impressive that he's 55.

You can influence your looks a lot. Eat healthy, stay fit, no drugs, sleep well, use body lotion, stay lean.

Proper skincare (tretinoin or retinol if you can't, cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen), stay fit and lean, don't drink, smoke, or eat like shit. Don't fall for the fit memes that you can get flawless skin from diet alone. Also keep in mind a lot of skin care is preventative.

Anti ageing = animal based low/zero carb diet, low calories, infrequent eating (1 or 2 meals a day), not too much steady state exercise like running, regular small amounts of sun exposure

This is classic visceral fat + sarcopenia most old people get this from a standard diet. Lack of animal protein plus insufficient core training leads to muscle atrophy. Modern diet leads to visceral fat gain that weakened muscles cannot hold in leading to that wide bloated waist look most boomers have.
