      All climbers and rooners are lean as frick. You get muscles for the sake of having muscles. If you actually want to be extremely good at a movement you'll have to get hyper lean because that's our natural body shape.

          Yeah, I know, I wish I could just do the fast interval stuff, but that’s not how it works unfortunately. I run a 10k in little under an hour multiple times a week. It’s just kinda boring.

      I'm pretty sure he runs a marathon faster than anyone on IST's 400m pace really. The dude is fricking nuts (as are all super elite marathoners). 4:34 minute mile in his record, for 26.2 miles. Even if you only count competition times, at 2:02:40 that's still only six more seconds per mile.

        His marathon pace is just under 70 sec 400m I believe. I’m pretty sure there are guys on IST who can pull off an all-out 400 faster than that.
