These days I don’t even know if reps matter. I think work out intensity is what we should aim for. Literally just choose something that will bring you to failure and then do more of that the next work out and eat well. I think we obsess over optimizing training, but that doesn’t matter unless competing. That being said, I look like a twink next to big guys who don’t even lift and I have shit numbers so don’t take my word as gospel.

I'm barely as strong as you (50kg/85kg/100kg/160kg) and I look too fluffy at 20+% bodyfat and 80kg, 5'10. I'm just eating maintenance+cardio to try and slowly lose fluffiness because I don't have much to cut to, so to speak.

Drop setting with dumbbells have served me well. Does no one train this way? It might not be the most efficient way to train, but it still works by means of progressively overloading your volume
I train my chest with dumbells and I use drop sets. I rarely bench but I did 250lbs for 1 recently at 5'4" 148lbs. You are not "big but weak" and you do not have a 165lb bench. You just don't bench.
