      There is no reason to buy bacon at costco because they sell pork belly there. It is easy as fuck to make at home. Just put a bunch of salt, ground celery seed, pepper, smoked paprika, and brown sugar on a pork belly and let it sit in the fridge in a covered pan or a bag and flip it once a day for a week. Then rinse it off and smoke it for 2 hours at 200F. Or you can bake it with some liquid smoke on it for the same time. Boom fresh bacon for $4 a pound. The kerrysgold is also great for making ghee out of and is another simple process to do at home. Same with ground beef. Like why the fuck would you buy that when they sell brisket there for $4 a pound and you can use that to make ground beef that isn't made from mystery. Same with the chicken stock. They sell entire chickens for $5, just eat one of those and use the bones to make stock.

    400£ a month sounds cheeky most of it processed food with pounds of sugar in it (alpen, digestive, syrup). almond milk? mate do you know you are buying the most nutrient deficent food 95% is water the rest is almonds with some thickner. check the canned tuna avoid yellow fin tuna aim for skipjack. mozzarella is high in fat it's fine for bulk but if in cut switch for the light one. instant rice? come on, buy brown basmati rice light and fast cook time buy the 20kg bags for 1,50 per kilo, no sausage is good. as an italian that chicken is garbage. carrots? cucumber? frozen spinach? bellpepper? legumes? aubergines? salad or arugula? tomato passata? pepper? peas only as veggies? you can plan a basic i repeat basic diet with 50£ and include more shit and still be considered a bulking diet. don't give tips when you can't plan a decent diet
