          This. I love it how retards think the average test levels are down because of "muh garden gnomes" and it's totally NOT because the retards that go their test levels checked are incels, depressed, sleep-deprived, nutritionally deficient, 30% bodyfat etc.

          I was that guy. I was that guy that made the young men's test level average lower. I got it tested and had like 280ng/dl (different measurement here but it was just at the low end of reference range). Then I started sleeping 8-10 hours a day instead of 5-6, i ordered 200€ worth of vitamins, completely changed my diet, stopped being depressed (unironically just smile more and be grateful for things you have), etc. and my test levels naturally improved to 700 ng/dl.

          the average levels get lower because only defeatist black pill incels get them tested and of course they have tanked test levels because of their shitty life.

      a lot of them published manuals to sell their routines but they were incomplete. Diet is what you'd expect a lot of steak, eggs, milk. Sandow probably published the most stuff you can find today for free. I think the biggest area where what they did diverges from what they said is that almost all of them implemented some form of periodization and started training very young. Sandow would do the very light routine (the one in the manuals he sold) 1 month take a week off then lift as heavy as he could the next month. Without even really knowing what they were doing they implementing periodization. Block periodization is still used today it just usually has more stages, longer intervals, deloads instead of rest week.
