Get your diet so its at maintenance, calculate your maintenance calories using a website, then plan a diet to fit within those calorie restraints, minus 300 if you cut, plus 300 to "bulk", stay same to recomp.
After that, take your body mass and use 0.7-1 gram of protein per lb of body mass (try to use lean body mass if you're fat), so 130lbs? Eat 130grams - 91 grams of protein. Aim for the higher end when cutting.

I think lentils are not a complete protein and you're not eating enough complete proteins alongside them to get the proper nutrient absotbtion
