    Are you actually doing GOMAD?
    3k calories at 164grams of protein is awful, and lentils need to be eaten with a variety of other proteins to be utilized by the body well.
    Get your diet so its at maintenance, calculate your maintenance calories using a website, then plan a diet to fit within those calorie restraints, minus 300 if you cut, plus 300 to "bulk", stay same to recomp.
    After that, take your body mass and use 0.7-1 gram of protein per lb of body mass (try to use lean body mass if you're fat), so 130lbs? Eat 130grams - 91 grams of protein. Aim for the higher end when cutting.

    eating 3k calories a day will make you look like pic rel.

    I think lentils are not a complete protein and you're not eating enough complete proteins alongside them to get the proper nutrient absotbtion

    It's a pretty shit diet imo. Also 3000kcal and 164 is not enough for bulking imo. Despite the ~~*science*~~ israelites telling you 1g per lb of bodyweight is enough, I personally feel like my recovery is better on 1.25lbs per gram and up.
