      If you going to do a light steroid cycle, just pin Testosterone or take a 4-DHEA prohormone for 6 - 8 weeks. After taking the cycle, your PCT should include clomid doses spaced out over one month.

      Alternatively, you could try using a SARM cycle if you only want "light" results. Ostarine is good for cardio performance and LGD4 can get very good results with minimal impact on your hair. RAD-140 will have fewer side effects than LGD4, but the downside is that you are more likely to lose your hair on RAD-140.

      Finally, you could stick to orals, but they are more liver toxic than pure testosterone. Taking only Dianabol at low doses isn't a terrible idea, but it's probably not better than taking SARMs. Likewise, Winstrol at low doses was intended for women / children who need to retain muscle (e.g. during cancer treatments) but you will destroy your joints and ligaments. You probably shouldn't take oral-only cycles for more than six weeks at a time, and follow a PCT for the same amount of time as your cycle.

      If you decide against a steroid cycle, keep in mind that you still have to move the weights. Don't be like picrel.

      Personally I don't give a fuck about the whole "fraud" aspect. There's no honor in making shit harder for yourself for no reason when you're not even in some sort of competition.
      The thing that keeps me away from steroids is the very real health problems. I don't want to suffer from heart problems, liver problems, or hormonal issues just because I wanted to get larger for aesthetics.
      The hair loss is also a major thing. I already know I'm prone to it so I'd likely go bald in a week if I touched any kind of juice.
      If I was convinced that there was some kind of gear that didn't come with a significant risk of fucking me up for life attached to it, then I'd hop on that shit instantly.

      While I agree that retards will destroy their livers while on a steroid cycle, it's also true that people can do this by eating fast food and drinking beer. Either way, their livers will be shot by the time they're old enough to collect a social security check, and that's presuming they don't die in the process.

      With this being said, Jospeh Biden managed to convince lawmakers that steroids make people crazy. If I recall correctly, anabolic steroids had become a "Schedule III substance" largely due to his efforts.

      The problem is that most steroids don't drive people crazy. Trenbolone, Cheque Drops, and Anadrol are good candidates for driving people crazy while on cycle, but the real issue might have been related to other recreational drugs being mixed with steroids. It's hard to "handle your drugs" when you're on so many at the same time.

        All of that is correct and I'm not going to defend drug laws like they make sense or are proportionate. But at the same time, this isn't a legalisation issue like weed is. Steroids actually are quite bad for you. It's all well and good to say that people should have a choice but we already know from the tobacco industry how this ends - in a lot of preventable deaths, with no discernible gain.

        The correct path is probably something like the UK, where steroids are legal to possess for personal use but supply and trafficking are still very illegal. There's usually what's called a "deemed commercial possession" amount written into laws like this that says possession of anything over X amount (in my country, 50 grams whole weight) is evidence of intent to supply, or whatever.

        Punishing steroid users is generally ineffective, pointless, and unjust - I'm only hurting myself - but that doesn't then mean that selling steroids should be allowed. That's the nuance that is missing in discussions like this.

        And steroids definitely do cause violence, and especially domestic violence. The usual way they study it is by interviewing the girlfriends and partners of steroid users, who pretty consistently report that their partner's behaviour changes when he's on cycle in all the ways you would expect. It's not a universal feature of steroids, obviously, but it's real and significant and does cause extreme outcomes sometimes. So the question becomes - "here is a drug that has no useful purpose and causes poor health and violence, even if in small amounts. Why should we put up with it when it offers nothing to society?"

        Steroid users, of which I am one, see the benefit of using steroids. But for most people, and certainly for the government, being able to build a mass monster physique is a 'benefit' that they literally do not give a single shit about, so it doesn't count. And so the only argument for steroid legalisation is freedom of choice, and that's a poor argument.

        Testosterone levels do correlate with LBM, but not in the way you think - body composition drives testosterone levels and not the other way around. Androgen receptor content, not testosterone levels, is what drives body composition. Granted, the androgen receptors need to have androgens to receive, but lack of androgens is not the rate-limiting factor. The number of androgen receptors you have is controlled by the number of CAG repeats on the AR gene - the reference range is 10 to 30, lower is better. And the difference in lean body mass from average to either extreme is 3%.

        This effect is utterly crushed by the impact of actually hitting the gym - so "shit genetics" doesn't count as an excuse for not doing so. But let's compare who you are to who you could have been if you didn't have shit genetics. Let's say you weigh 90kgs. With shit genetics you'd have weighed 87.3, and with ideal genetics - 92.7kgs. It barely makes a fucking difference. It definitely doesn't make a 15kg difference, like you're trying to imply based off of OP. 5kgs of muscle isn't nothing, but it's not very much. And that's assuming you have the worst, most dogshit genetics possible and comparing yourself to the best. In real life it's more like 2-3kgs, because your genetics are probably just average.

        What matters a fuckload more than muh genetics is things like how much money you have, and how close your gym is to your house, and whether you work shift work, and whether your parents taught you good food lessons, and whether you have mental illnesses, and whether you like to play sport and have friends who do too. All of these things will have a much bigger impact on whether you can hack it in the gym, but somehow gymrats never seem to care as much about public policy as they do about their ignorant fucking opinions on genetics.

    I'm 38 and started a 50mg/day anavar + 100mg clen cycle.

    Literally crushing PRs. Added like 40lbs to my bench pr in 2 months. I hit peak natty and pushed against that wall for like 4 years tho. Never even tried gear.

    Lurker 1.5 year of lifting here. I don't post body because my body would be roundly mocked and I'm going to stay down until I'm up. Regardless, I look larger and stronger right now after on/off lifting and playing rugby for about a year and a half than you did after "over a decade of weightlifting", as good as your after roids pics look, which are much better than what I look like right now. I would roid too if I made that little progress in 10+ years so all power to you.     I’m hardly demotivational, in fact I try to be relentlessly positive. But reality is reality. OP’s physique isn’t good, and if he is serious then he needs to fix his routine and diet.
