Thoughts on the carnivore diet?
Been doing it for 3 weeks and here's what I've noticed:
>Noticeable fat loss
>Never feel hungry
>More even sleep
>Digestion is great now (was a pain the first week), always poop at the same time and completely stopped farting
>But also feel tired and irritable
Any tips to solve the last part? Am I doing something wrong?
Been eating beef, salt, eggs & fish, nothing else

Supplemental electrolytes help a lot of people for the first few months while everything levels out. But at 3 weeks you’re probably still not completely stabilized to the new eating pattern.
The other big help for the first 1-3 months is don’t restrict calories at all. Answer any food craving with meat. At 3ish months you kind of start learning what actual hunger feels like and develop a normal eating schedule

I think it’s dumb. eating meat is fine, but only eating meat? lmao. as long as you’re getting the proper nutrients and exercising it doesn’t matter what your diet is. Most vegans (left) I’d imagine don’t exercise whatsoever since they think the diet is good enough, whereas the opposition (right) still work out.

You aren't hungry because your body recognizes that things are not optimal, it sees it as starvation, so it has to slow down metabolism for the teadius glucurondiation of proteins into glucose, either the proteins you feed, or muscle tissue, so you can do this retarded fad diet and get terrible brain, thyroid function, being constantly jittery and cold, or you can just fucking eat sugar and be vital, create civilization as the great white man has done you fucking moron, crusify all keto/carnivore gays
