Tight pelvic floor/Piss leaking after peeing

So bros, for over a year now possibly a few (I can't remember) I sometimes notice there's a little piss that seems to just kinda sit in my dick after I actually go piss. Sometimes it only comes out if I squeeze muh pee pee. Sometimes just a drop leaks out and that'll be that.

I've suspected I have a tight pelvic floor for a number of reasons and I'm assuming that's the cause. My urologist can't find anything wrong. I don't feel like there's tons of piss left in my bladder when I'm doing going to the bathroom or anything. It's fucking weird.

        Funny story:

        A couple of months ago I started doing kegels again. Ended up having weird issues. My dick looked small, cold to the touch, had a burning sensation on the tip and a constant (fucking non-stop) need to take a piss. I'd take a piss and a minute later I'd feel like I was gonna piss myself if I didn't go.

        I stopped jerking off, changed my diet, started taking measures to de-stress myself. Nothing helped.

        A month later on a feeling I try reverse kegels and do pelvic stretches.

        It fucking worked.

          You're only doing half the exercise. There's a flex and a push and you have to do both.

          How do you even do reverse kegels
          I can only do them if I'm laying down with one hand between my balls and ass, since I can actually feel everything move. Seems to be the only way I could ever do them properly.
          Also, what are some of the stretches you do?

              After a doc prescribed Wellbutrin (which I quit after a week) I was constipated as fuck and think it damaged my pelvic muscles.
              Dr said nothing was wrong with me after some exams and suggested I smoke weed and jack off more.
              Problems lasted in and off for over a year, basically until I began eating healthy and lifting.
              Problem is still present occasionally but not nearly as bad. Cayenne pepper supplements seem to make me piss more completely and powerfully.

              Basically just lift bro

    Also I got that burning pinch feel as well when I overdid those stretches where you put a ball around your ass and roll around on it to loosen things. One if the worst pains of my life. Good to know I probably just pinched a nerve or something. The cold dick thing is something I get alot too.

      Got blood taken to check my prostate and a prostate exam, no issues.
      I take 5mgs of tadalifil a day for general health benefits and a better poomp, citrulline, NAC, D, few other things but nothing that I don't need or see a purpose for.

      Step two do reverse kegels / learn to keep your dick hard without flexing your pelvic floor.

      Erection quality is meh. Could be a lot harder. My "normal" election is just barely hard enough to have sex without worrying about my dick breaking.
      I don't *need* to flex or do a kegel to keep an erection (usually,) but often times to get one I do kinda need to. It's more of a problem when I'm with my girl, since when jerking off I can just lay down and relax every time.

    One kegel is for "forcing" pee out.
    The other is holding pee in/stopping the flow.
