        Nah I like Sriracha. My body is very sensitive to salt because I have hypertension, and too much added sugar is not good for you at all. Soda and ketchup have lots of it.

    Already planning how to break my 21 day fast.
    So far options are:

        In the morning I get Vit C and salts in water. I used the fast as an opportunity to quit caffeine so no tea or coffee for me anymore 🙁

          Most people last about 8 days without food and water so as long as you’re hydrating you’ll be alright. I can’t imagine that it would be healthy to fast that long without some kind of mineral heavy water

            I'm already starting to feel suboptimal and dreaming about food a lot. I'm on day 16 now so not much longer to go. Still you can't beat a pound a day of fat loss and practically no muscle loss. Gym numbers staying up, scale going down. Whenever I feel weak I just remind myself I could have abs start of August, or start of November, and I immediately realize that even the most hellish couple of weeks (which these aren't) are better than a 3 months of calorie counting and restricting myself.

                lol like what? I'm alive. I'm working out. I'm still kicking. Not pissing blood or anything. I'm more likely to do irreparable damage to my body with the absolute monster of a feast I'm having in a few days kek.

    Double Double, fries, DQ reeses blizzard. In my town they're within a stones throw of eachother so I do this when I want a cheat meal

    The same thing I have every day: 3 oz of salmon, some fruit, maybe a salad. There are no cheat meals without betraying yourself.

    In fact, if I was going to just pick any one single menu item to cheat with, it’s the CFA peach milkshake. Hands down the most delicious thing on earth.
