>help them to carry materials in a wheel barrow, utilize it for sprints with extra weight
>shovel up dirt for half an hour, trying to get up as much of it as possible in one swing(rotational power)
>actively competing with the youngest guy there to see who can shovel up the most dirt the fastest(lung capacity and muscular endurance
>didnt have to help them at all since I'm paying them for this but I felt the need to plus it can be considered an alternate training method
I lift to be capable of beating any man in a contest of strength, helping others, and being physically capable of breaking a man's bones if he threatened my family in any way.

Got x-rays done and I have scoliosis. I'm guessing a combination of factors like bad posture, weak back muscles and carrying more weight than I was capable at the time plus the spine condition provoked the crippling pain when trying to haul heavy stuff around.

Spent money and time for a while going to chiropractors and a physical therapist and I still got the pain anyway.

Since I hit the gym, corrected my posture, and am mindful of the weight I can carry without overdoing it, I no longer suffer the same crippling pain as before and have been strengthening my back little by little.

Maybe shouldnt of gotten your back blown out so many times you prostitute

I fricking wish I wasn't so socially moronic and the cause of my back pain was for being a dirty prostitute and getting dick rather than just from being sitting down like a shrimp all day due my desk job.

A good grappler will frick up most men tbh. The main thing women lack in a fight from what I've seen is the intent to do harm/fight and the ability to take a hit. You can train both of those to don't degree. Don't forget most men out there are dyel slobs

Stop selling moronic fantasies. Male grapplers have a hard enough time in a real world fight.
