    milk
    greek yogurt
    taste amazing and high protein

    add some blueberries
    and some strawberries
    cinnamon and salt to taste.

    1. get really big bowl and put in oatmeal
    2. add salt and like 50-70% of the water it says to use
    3. microwave for ~4min at like 50% power...mess with the numbers based on your microwave. Let it sit for about a minute afterward. Goal consistency is really dry, no visible liquid
    4. Add:
    >cinnamon, a lot
    >greek yogurt, I use chobani whole fat
    >chia seeds
    >honey if you're a homosexual
    shit is cash

    Make it with just milk and don’t overcook it. If the texture is really thick like mashed potatoes it’s overdone and will taste like cardboard. If you cook it slowly until its smooth and creamy, it tastes very good even without any other ingredients. Requires patience though.

    >make a protein shake with chocolate/vanilla/strawberry whatever taste
    >dump the shake inside the container
    >store it in the fridge overnight
    >eat cold the next day
    Pro tip if you use casein it will get thicker and not as liquid as whey

    Oats really feel like you're eating pure goyslop.
    Just a bunch of tasteless wet cardboard slop which you have to cover with full fat milk/sugar for it to be even remotely palatable.

    Literally just add salted butter until it tastes good. Other ingredients are just bonus.
    If you don't like the taste of butter, grow up.
