Tired of being fat

Hi so i decided im tired of being a fat piece of shit and want to lose weight ,problem is im too poor to afford a gym where i live, i asked a friend of mine to make me a diet (he's a dietologist) and i also have some dumbells and a jumping cord at home, there's also a park nearby where people do excersises , can someone tell me where i can find some excercise schedules?

Ps: i dont know if this is usefull but im 1,85 m i height and 97 kg weight, also im 31 years old, and used to do boxing years ago.

          This anon gets it. OP got very defensive when he was given constructive criticism. You deserve to get called names when it's very simple to actually lose weight. You don't need some 10-week workout routine, diet plan, etc. You just need to fricking stop eating so much shit and workout harder/more. Stop being a soft b***h and maybe you'll make it.

    Don't worry about a routine just yet. Go on a balls out cut first since you have no muscle to lose, then worry about lean bulking. You can go bust ass doing cardio and only burn 400 calories, then eat a Twinkie and undo all the exercise you just did. Losing fat is diet. You can't outrun your fork.

    If you purely want to lose w8 for the time being, focus on the rope skipping and bodyweight shit. Take long walks, drink a ton of water. Do not listen to the 90% of jootube fitness gurus, stick to rope cardio and the diet.

    Fasting is free and only requires you to strengthen your mind over your body. If you're a fat frick then your body can survive months on body fat so long as you drink salted water. The body will turn to breaking down excess skin and fat before it you actually begin cannibalizing critical muscle, it will repair years of damage that sugar has done to your veins and organs, and you will actually realize that fat as a fuel source powers your body much more efficiently than sugar does. It sucks in the beginning because you're getting over your sugar addiction but the hunger dulls and your gut microbiome balances out (so you eventually stop craving those sugars and processed garbage which is what will actually change your life because you'll have a clean slate to transition to unprocessed and healthy foods). Go to the gym and exercise if you want, but the human body is nothing if not extremely efficient. It's the reason we were able to adapt to all climates on this planet and all the different resources in those environments. If you don't fix what goes in the mouth then you will never truly be free of being fat. You'll just be a fat person with a fat mentality in a temporarily muscular body.

    this is well known and established but for some reason people still dont believe it

    exercise is good and all, it is the best thing you can do for your body and mind, but dont expect weight loss to occur, it will help with lots of things like diabetes etc, just not weight loss

    what to do for weight loss? INTERMITTENT FASTING e.g. 5/2 diet 600 calories 2 days a week, 5 days no restrictions, then stomach will shrink during fast days, and food intake naturally reduces on normal days

    All right OP, listen up.

    Losing weight is 97% about diet and 3% about exercise.

    You have to maintain a sustained caloric deficit in any way you can in order to lose weight. Since you don't have any muscle, you can be in a very huge deficit, lose tons of fat, and not have to worry about losing muscle.

    Look up what your TDEE is, then try to eat under that. The lower you go the faster you'll lose weight, but it will obviously be harder.If you weigh 93kg then I think trying to drop 2-3kg a month is a good starting point, but you'll figure that our yourself. Keep in mind 1kg is about 7700 cals, so if you want to loose 3kg a month you'll have to stay 770 cals under your TDEE each day. You don't really need a dietician to tell you that.

    You can do exercise and that would increase your TDEE a bit. I think you should definitely do some cardio, it's very good for your body for many other reasons. Try something light at first that you enjoy and then try to do it for a longer time. I used to do 30 mins of cardio every day, now I run for 70-80 mins on top of lifting.

    The hardest part about maintaining a caloric deficit is eating enough to feel full while at the same time still being under your caloric goal. Look up 'volume eating' you'll learn a lot about how to eat properly so that you feel really good and satiated while dieting.
