an early pregnancy test was to add some grain to pee, if the grain sprouted it means she is pregnant, the elevated estrogen in the pee causes the grain to sprot

if human hormones can effect plants, would it not be reasonable to assume plant hormones can effect people too?

there was also a story of a man who drank like 2 liters of onions milk a day growing large man boobs, it was caused by the plant estrogens
just for the record, i know you are a shill and i know you get paid like 5 cents for a reply, congratulations, the people you work for hate you just as much as they hate me, why do you think your people always get run out of countries? funny how the likes of the Rothschilds never get caught up in that kind of stuff, they funded the construction of the camps the nazis kept the israelites in, they signed the haavara agreement, look it up for your self, how do you think this is all going to end?
do you think the rothchilds really care about the fate of israel or is this just another sacrifice to morloch, do you think they have your best intrest at heart? just look at israel, everything pushed in the west is pushed in israel harder, they have enough money to give you all a mansion and servants but you live like an animal shit posting on self help forums all day

Some studies show that onions has something in it that causes your body to produce estrogen, though the evidence is kinda sparse

I've never seen a single study verifying that plant estrogens cause any kind of effeminizing effect. I've tried looking back in the day when I was stupid and listened to sv3rige and took them seriously. Ironically just by checking what they are saying and realizing they are 100% full of shit made me almost vegan.

Anyways what is known that they do the opposite by binding to estrogen receptors and preventing mammal estrogen binding. It's mammalian estrogen inhibitor. Look it up. That's precisely why it alleviates hot flashes women get in menopause.

Phytoestrogens aka isoflavones also are part of flavonoids which are found in colorful produce, fruits and berries. Those in turn inhibit cancer.

Tofu is strangely alluring but I have zero references on how it tastes.
It looks like a block of fresh cheese, but would eating that block raw be a bad idea?
    I want to bite it.

It tastes like nothing, the texture is mush

It tastes like pure protein unless you add flavor (like flavorless scrambled egg). You can bite into it easily like cheese.

      Anonymous

It barely has any taste aside from slight grassy flavour on its own but is amazing if you actually properly season and cook it.

post your diet and I can bet you 1 trillion dollars that meat is not your problem

I should clarify that I’m doing this as a cost savings experiment. I’m poor as frick and have been eating a good amount of meat in my diet. Shits getting expensive and I want to see if tofu is a realistic substitute. Used to be almost 300 pounds 6 years ago. Hovering around 200 for the past two. Picked up weight lifting in the last year and gained a healthy muscle distribution. The goal is 170 at 15% body fat. Not planning on living off of tofu forever but I’m curious how it goes.

You can't build muscle on gear alone. I've seen the roid cope so many times and nobody saying it seems to understand that steroids are not protein.

For some reason Western morons think that tofu is a meat substitute and proceed to eat entire blocks of it for lunch every day. That's now how tofu is being used in Chinese cuisine, it's not a staple or a main dish, it's an ingredient that you add to some dishes to add a certain texture or because of its ability to absorb the flavor of the sauces or stews its steeped in.

I'm not big fan of tofu, but it really does make a good substitute for things like chicken strips in a veggie wrap. I dipped a bunch of strips in almond milk and panko bread crumbs and baked them yesterday. Tossed them in Franks hot sauce and put them on whole wheat wraps with hummus, lettuce, shredded carrots, and sprouts. I couldn't even tell it wasn't chicken. It was like the chicken you get at Subway.
