I've had Hodgkin's lymphoma. I just drank a shitload through it. As for diet, I avoided processed foods and fast foods. Also kinda became vegan so I didn't throw up and started hating meat.

Yes, and women use it to grow their boobs bigger and men eat it to transition. It destroyed trillions of pharmaceutical dollars. Scientists have isolated the gay molecule and they give it to monkeys. I personally eat 4 tofus a day because I want to become female. So far I've gained 40 breasts from tofu. Thanks /r/IST

I added a cup a day of shelled edamame to my diet to get more clean protein. Did this for six months and got my T levels checked before and after. Basically zero change at all to my testosterone levels. I do eat chicken, fish and bone broth regularly so I didn't like ONLY eat s. o. y. but yeah it had no negative effects on my body and I was able to raise my protein intake. Also no breasts. I kept lifting, losing weight, and gaining muscle in the right places. Either the s. o. y. thing is a myth or it doesn't affect all people the same way.

Here's a pretty good rundown of all the studies done on this. Seems safe, even though there are outliers: one 60 year of man that got gyno during a study, another 19 year old man that got ED.

Studies and meta-analyses conclude that onions products do not affect testosterone.
Tofu is a good way to lower your meat intake without sacrificing protein, it's also one of the few vegan sources of complete protein.

This board will change the word s.o.y. to onions and s.o.y.beans to based beans if you type them normally. The s.o.y. myth is built into the /fit matrix my dudes

The mantra against soi is so thick but it's based on such little evidence. It's fair for people to be cautious about things that haven't been studied, but there are some pretty extensive studies on tofu. Even the great Eric "Sticky Ricky" Bugenhagen has been advocating regular tofu consumption since the very first nutrition video he ever made and he has said it's good to eat tofu to help lower meat intake since excessive red meat is strongly correlated with cancer and heart problems.
I feel most of the people hating on tofu are just reactionaries, doing it to "own the libtards" and whatever, because whatever vegans are eating is beta-male-food and should be avoided right? I guess that's why carnivore is so trendy the past few years.

I prefer to trust my gut, instead of going off of funded studies regarding one of the most, if not the most, highly subsidized food crops.
One look at people who consistently consume onions and I can see it has at the very least an emasculating effect.

Did tofu emasculate those people or do already emasculated people tend to to eat more tofu?

I hate this. When I stopped eating meat 5 years ago I vowed to never become an ''obnoxious vegetarian'', so I never bring up my diet unless I absolutely have to. Yet, every time I reluctantly tell people I'm a vegetarian, at least 1 person in the group gets defensive and tries to get into a political discussion with me. They'll assume I'm a left winger, which I'm not. Seems like the right has completely surrendered the ''caring about animals'' position to the left at this point. The push for ideological purity is getting ridiculous. The left prefers females, which apparently means the right must resist any and all traces of femininity and become cartoon versions of manly men. Here's your barbecue (complete with rugged leather apron). Here's your straight razor and beard oil. Here's your black coffee (NO SUGAR ALLOWED). Here's your shampoo in a dark grey bottle. The list of shit you need to do/avoid in order to be considered a real man is laughable.

From what I read, only if you eat an ungodly amount, literally like 10 servings of it a day. If you are worried about man boobs and low T you should worry much more about alcohol

Here's a good way to look into this: go look at some MTF trans communities online. Femboy forums, boards for women who want to grow their breasts. Look at all of them for discussions about onions. Are any of them eating tofu and onions products to boost their estrogen or lower their testosterone? Have any of them had any success in INTENTIONALLY over consuming onions to grow breast tissue or raise Estrogen?
