    If you have hypogonadism or are middle aged the effects can be pretty dramatic but it doesn't seem to do much for young guys with already high testosterone levels. but it's known to be safe. there have been 6 month clinical trials with no adverse effects in a large sample size. so it can't hurt to try it. personally speaking I've noticed a big difference in my ability to gain muscle and my mood. my only recommendation is that you don't buy it from a supplier like Swanson or from some random supplier on amazon, because the quality is extremely variable and a lot of suppliers are selling complete garbage that doesn't do anything or is just random rotten plant material. find a supplier that has an ISO certified lab and has a known amount of Eurycomanone per pill, because Eurycomanone is the active ingredient of tongkat Ali that actually makes your nuts start working again.

    I have to mention one unfortunate side effect though ... ive noticed lately a pronounced attraction to slam piggies, twinks, and t-girls. caveat emptor

      Yes I agree you should cycle this, ideally 80% on 20% off. So if you take it for 6 months straight you should take a 5 week break before jumping back on again. And I wouldn't mix it with too many other compounds that are supposed to boost test. This one is plenty effective enough. It seems to be safe though since it's been used traditionally in SE Asia for so long and there aren't many reports of toxicity aside from in people who were also pinning along with taking it.

          Yes, but both should be cycled. The 80/20 rule from the other anon is good. I couldn't take TA 6 months straight though, it makes me too aggressive.

          Brand recommendations? This the the part of supplements where it feels like I don't even know if I'm getting the ingredient the manufacturer is claiming.

            It's fine to take vitamins and minerals any time. It's the other purported "testosterone boosters" that you don't want to take it with. So don't mix it with fadogia agrestis or any other plants that are supposed to make you jacked, because we don't know how they interact together yet. I'm not saying you shouldn't mix different gonadotropic supplements but for the sake of caution you should try them out one at a time. For instance, take tongkat ali for a month, see how you feel, then add something like Tribulus terrestris, so how that feels, and keep calibrating like that. And don't forget to cycle. Nobody knows what effects these have on your precious testicles when you take it for longer than half a year at a time.

            I take pic related. It's much better than the Nutricost I was taking before. For one it smells much better and this one doesn't give me an upset stomach. It has a distinctive peppery woody smell, quite nice actually. The Nutricost ones just smelled like wet bark.

    tried multiple times with different strengths and protocols

    only made my nearvous and jittery with a slight buzz

    cant recommend

    i used the one from nootropis depot

    these supplements have so little effect overall and are finetuning but what 90% would benefit most from is

    - good sleep
    - no alcohol
    - proper nutrition
    - 5 meals a day
    - proper training

    those 5 points make soooo much more difference than any supplement

    never tried it. i wouldnt take anything for its "testosterone boosting" properties aside from... a SERM, or an AI. or testosterone.

    with that out of the way, i have taken ashwagandha for its nootropic effects. it was interesting to say the least. it removed pretty much any emotions i had, not just anxiety and depression it literally made me stop laughing. stop smiling. i would be watching a movie or show and take it before bed, and if it was a funny movie/show i knew when it hit me because i would stop laughing. i would stop getting those dopamine hits.

      Pretty good choice, BUT DO YOUR REASEARCH BEFORE TAKING ANYTHING. Nothing wrong in taking these, they will do you no harm, if you have a deep wallet go for all of them.
      Whey Isolate- If you can't eat enough protein from food then you should educate yourself on nutrition. It's quite easy to hit 1.5gr/kg (or whatever you belive the optimal intake of protein is).
      Omega 3 -The sources of Omega 3's are pretty shady, they package it from farm raised fish, or as one guy calls it "sewer farmed" fish, plus the oil goes rancid even before packing in pills.
      Eat some wild fresh caught blue fish (which is hard to find) twice a week and you don't need to worry that much, you should strive to lower Omega 6's more.
      If you really want it, then get some quality (but expensive) Omega 3 in pure oil form.
      Beta-Alanine may give you a rep or two more, but really isn't necessary health-wise.
      Citrulline Malate- no good, you need twice as much malate as pure Citrulline for the same effect.
      Pure Citrulline on the other hand is good for having fun.
      You get good pumps and your dick will be rock hard. Again, health-wise not important, take it if you have money and wanna have some fun in the bed or get near-roid like pumps in the gym.
      Multi - Don't take them, they are always underdosed and full of low availability ions (like oxide). Don't waste your money on them, always buy vits and minerals separately and make sure they are bioavailable.
      NAC - precursor to Glutathione (aparently the Holy Grail of medicine).Very controversial.
      There are doctors that swear they can cure COVID, Ebola, and a lot of other viruses and maladies by injecting Glutathione.
      Also there were some studies on it helping addiction and well being.
      Search the web for more information and benefits so you can form your opinion on it.
      It's cheap, try it if you want, won't do you any harm short term
      It's should be cycled, there are cases of anhedonia after prolonged taking and some cancer scare around it.
