        Sounds like you need to stop being a homosexual.
        Try eating plain yogurt with blended nuts and fruits added in, add a chocolate protein as well if you want it to be more palatable.
        You can do it anon, I know that feeling of self hatred that makes you want to just give up and not put the effort in, because you will still hate yourself anyways, but keep in mind the best advice I was ever given

      I do this but now my recovery is too slow between workouts to where I miss workouts from excessive DOMS and other general lack of recovery that doesnt subside even after a rest day or two

    Is it because you have no drive for hunger because of depression? I have this same problem and found the vertical diet helps my hunger signals out. Put simply, it's eating easily digestible white rice and meat 3 times a day. After you eat, you take a little bit of fruit or juice which will make you hungry again sooner. You can look into it if your main problem is you aren't hungry it may help you.

    I ruined my cut today and 4;20 IF because I have friends and a social life. I don’t know what to make out of this though.

    Up the sugar, salt and saturated fat. You will gain some weight, your hormones will become balanced and your depression will be a little better.
    Do more upper body focused training, skip the legs and cardio for a while, that should also help a bit
    From there you should feel good enough to fix the rest of your shit
