Why do breast reductions always end up making women look like post op trannies?
Genuinely baffling.
how did her belly get reconstructed without a scar?
it's hidden under the underwear
I was thrown off by the disappearance of a mole between the two photos which made me think the navel area was operated on, but I think I figured it out... it looks like the navel has actually been moved. In the first photo, there is a mole you can see near the navel, and then in the second it's not there. Given that breast augmentation or reduction can actually involve the cutting and moving of the nipple, it wouldn't surprise me if the tummy tuck cut off a ton of skin including the original area of the navel where that mole was, pulling the upper skin down to the crotch, leaving a wound that can be hidden under the underwear, and moving the navel up to the new location or constructing a new one there
this is an objectively moronic thread. a well developed glute will not alter the general curve of the tissue at the end point as fat tends to be rather saggy and shape ruining if accumulated in sufficient quantities. the BBL is an impressive but dangerous surgery whos results cannot be replicated merely at the gym. that said, if you get a BBL without hitting the gym first youre a moron.
You could just not be obese???
breh take a scroll through fitness tiktok/instagram and check out the before/after pics of some of the influencers in that area. Some of them are buttletts (one I'm thinking of is a classic asian pancake butt) and they (including her) end up with massive round bubble butts with thunder thighs. You 100% can build that kind of butt with squats and deadlifts if you center your routines around them
>wouldn't love to frick a fit bbl slag
ngmi
there's something uncanny and unpleasant about BBL... it's like they are using artificial means to shape the butt exactly into a "fit"-shaped, athletic butt as though it has toned glutes, but it's still lumpy and wavy like a fat cellulite-y butt because it's made with fat injections. I just don't understand wanting to spend that money and not understanding that the only way to get sustain a butt that actually looks healthy, round, and right is to do squats like twice a week. The laziness and stupidity of people honestly amazes me
