    You'll have to just deal with it. Fat stores a lot of shit. I've heard people who were heavy drinkers are smoker get slightly buzzed because losing fat release stored nicotine, alcohol and other shit.
    You'll feel bad sometimes but feeling after losing weight is worth it. Having a lot of fat is worse longterm.

    If you don't already and you're eligible you should look into donating blood. Adipocytes can also store "forever chemicals" that never leave I.e. not processed by liver or kidneys.

    Dmsa chelation pills for heavy metals. Donating blood on a consistent basis also helps remove all the other toxins like plastics, pfas, etc.
