Cope, I make fun of powerlards equally.

        What's wrong with 2100 calories? I'm 22, 6 feet. I stated my activity that I do . Wassup?

2100 isn't enough for the average sedentary woman, I hope you're trolling.

what the frick no way lmao . A 5'9 woman eating 2100 and sedentary is something else

            >height
Eating is about weight, not height. And 2100 is hardly maintenance for the average woman

On a cut, it is above the 1000kcal deficit range for 6'... What are ye on about?

            >cut
I'm on a 1400kcal cut myself. A beginner can't get shredded on a cut and pushups.

i wanna do this but how? dont you end up working the same muscles group everyday and then they dont get time to recover?

not him but I do upper body one day, lower body (including abs and lower back) the other, 1 day is enough recovery if you're doing bodyweight calisthenics

what's not to understand? Calorie deficit will further reduce body fat%, and I assume extra protein in diet will repair and grow muscle.
only thing I am not sure about is 45 minutes a day enough?
