      Same. I've come to the conclusion that I'll just have to work harder than others for the same results so I added some back off sets to all my compounds recently

      post height, weight, body, routine, diet and sleep

        Bro frick your stupid ass lifts. You’re built like a fricking bouncer and probably should be stronger but who tf cares? You wanna be a big lean strong guy right? Then fricking cut and have a high protein diet. You’ll reveal all that muscle under your fat and if you eat right you’ll be stronger too, since maintaining your lifts at a lower weight means you’ll be stronger in terms of powerlifting.

            Spinning your wheels isn't working so you may as well cut since you're not getting stronger. I did a cut and kept most of my strength and went from a novice for my weight to intermediate. After that I went on a lean bulk but it whatever you won't listen

      i dont know my maxes but i can do 235lbs bench for 10 reps and 145lbs ohp for 10 reps and 300lbs squat for 7 reps. garbage, awful, pathetic numbers

    Nobody in the world cares about your lifts. It's e-peen contest for fat people with nothing else going on in their lives (video related). All that matters is being lean and muscular, which even if your genetics are complete dogshit you can still be leaner and more muscular than the untrained you.

      idk I get asked how much I bench a lot. but it’s only ever bench, never any other lift. Which is quite awkward because I don’t actually bench at all, I do dips instead because I train full body 3x a week and love to do OHP. But benching and OHP in one day sucks so I never end up doing bench.
      Anyways do you really never get asked how much you bench? Pretty much whenever I see a guy I haven’t seen since before I got IST he asks me how much I bench

    I 100% promise you they can't be worse than mine. I want to get my test levels checked. Lifted since 2012 and
    Bench: 180
    Squat: 185 (yes, seriously)
    Deadlift: 270
    OHP: 140
    10 fricking years for this. Writing all that made me finalize my decision to get my test checked
