No point. Just quit.
so i should just kill myself right
if youre never gonna hit a 400lb squat then youre gonna have to be goofy
Who cares about some irrelevant numbers just lift to look good
nothing matters if im pathetically weak
>whats the point in lifting with terrible genetics like mine
there are a few options: your diet is shit, your routine is shit, you don't lift hard enough, your mental sucks or you are in the unimaginably small percentage of people who cannot get to 1/2/3/4 with genuine effort and discipline
also your mentality is shit
im just a genetic dead end
When you say years what do you mean?
I used to think I lifted for “years” from being a teen till college but in reality I was
>Going gym for 2-3 months at a time
>Never progressively overloading
>Taking it too fast and getting burnt out
>Ate like shit
>Slept like shit
I made the more strength and aesthetic gains in 2 years of consistent, boring progressive overload, good diet and good sleep than I did with 6 years of frickaroundititis
How often would you progress overload during that time?
Not him but every session. Always do more than last time in some sense, unless you're deloading - in which case there's a single drop followed by session-to-session increases again.
>When you say years what do you mean?
consistently for 5 years
How many times a week?
How long for? What exercises do you usually do?
What's your routine? How much do you overload?
How much protein per day are you eating?
5 days a week focusing on progressive overload doing primarily barbell compound exercises and dumbbell accessories eating more than 1g per pound of bodyweight in protein
sudo rm OP
so i should just kill myself right
no, just lift harder
i already lift to rpe 9 or 10
kill myself?
Not adding weight to bar and eating food have nothing to do with genetics
Or it might if you are that mentally handicapped by lack of iq
i try to add weight to thr bar and cant
i eat more than enough food im just a genetic dead end
ok ill kill myself
Jannies delete this shit thread a coomer bait thread died for this
op yes have a nice day stupid homosexual
ok ill kill myself
if i stream will you watch?
>training for years
>lifts are completely laughable
Did you actually lift consistently? I have been "training" for like 4 years, but been hopping on and off with long breaks in between.
I can only imagine what could have been if I were consistent...
>Did you actually lift consistently?
yes
>lifts
your looks are whats important
just do bodybuilding
nothing else matters if im pathetic and weak
You dont deserve to be stronger you deserve the hell you've created for yourself.
its not my fault i have pathetic genetics and will be weak forever even though i lift consistently and eat more than enough protein
Unless you have cerebral palsy, polio or some crippling disease "muh genetics" is just cope for your lack of discipline.
ive never skipped a day
Going is baseline, if your routine sucks, diet sucks (especially diet) and you don't get enough sleep you are wasting your time.
my routine is good
i eat more than enough protein
i sleep 8-9 hours a night
Post routine
This is bullshit.
I don't care if you're a genetic deadend, you're going to be a better shaped dead end. If not, you're lying.
