    >makes your upper body look smaller
    >makes your wiener look smaller

Id agree, its fricking dumb, but my autism wont let me just train upper body.

I do PPL, I cope by telling myself I have 2 upper days for every 1 lower day, better than the incels who do Upper/Lower or Full Body and train legs as much as they train upper

I just swapped out some of the leg exercises for core exercises instead on leg day.

it really is legs will easily outcompete any other muscle group for all resources and your body will even catabolize other muscle to just grow them. It's probably the only reason PPL works for so many people is because it puts legs 2 days away from pushing.

So if person A does Starting Strength and person B does just the pressing exercises in Starting Strength, person B will get more upper-body gains?

Hey dyels, just wanna warn you that this thread is a false flag created by leg trainers trying to keep you dyels down. Keep squatting, dyels.

imagine spending all that time training legs and potentially obliterating your back for life, just to never see them anyway because you wear pants the rest of the day

Must be nice to a NEET or UPS driver. However, some of us have real jobs and aren’t allowed to wear clothes made for children
