    Start here.
    Actually DO THE EXERCISES
    REPEAT if you aren't getting it.
    Gl anon.
    Meditation comes in many forms.
    Some will tell you to completely empty your mind and have no thoughts.
    Others will tell you to thank thought, but tell them to be on their way.
    Others still will tell you to focus heavily on each thought until another arrives.

    The most important thing is your breathing anon. Breath steady and you will be fine.
    Here is a fun breathing pattern.
    Inhale through nose 7 seconds.
    Hold breathe for 7 seconds.
    Exhale through mouth 7 seconds.
    Hold 7 seconds
    Then repeat x3

      oh that's what I've been doing every morning a couple minutes after waking up , I do 7mins of box breathing except I count to 4

          I really recommend giving it a go it's very fun and simple enough to plug and play. all the versions I tried to crack I had no luck with until I tried russian websites. Rutracker.org is where I got a copy but it's in russian and you need to login but you can make a fake acc and use a web translator

    You should be able to do cable biceps curls, dips (make sure you don't go too hard so you can leave the dip station slow and controlled), and other cable exercises. You can do wrist curls for forearms.

        Let me tell you how to do the biceps without irritating your spine:
        >preacher or bench
        >lean slightly over
        >rest your elbow on the solid surface, tighten your back
        >go slow and controlled on the curls

          yeah I usually train my forearms with supersetting pullups and rows, then barbell spins and ricebucket but since my back is busted I had to do forearm curls which I think are the least fun

            Shit man, that's too bad. Maybe try it with like 30 reps lighter weight? 30 is still decent for hypertrophy as long as you go to failure.
