    He already had decent muscle mass, and assuming he has good genetics, then it's possible. If the timeframe were not known, then I would expect him to more likely be lying about the timeframe to be honest.

      Its not a roid physic, pic is me and i built it in a few month of doing mma and push up/pull ups.

      If you use weight training for hypertrophy you can achieve op pic easily

            I had guys in my mma gym asking me if take gear, i have a good genetic but i think that i train more than most people too, i usually at least 3 hours of sport (wrestling, mma, climbing or running) each day

          I dont have pic of my starting point but i have a pic of me loosing my gain after 2 mont of not eating much and only drinking/smoking without exercising (it looks like my starting point with a bit more muscle)

          Holy shit bro you lost a lot of weight and not a ton of loose skin either, not the same as building muscle so that takes longer. You basically saved yourself from an early death, pretty radical change.

              Can confirm. I did something very similar to get from 320 to 210 last year. Just a brutal suicide cut for 6 months straight. Changed my life though and now I'm 182 at 16% bf

    He looks like he had proper muscle mass even in the before, basically a cut. I hate to be that gay but it's a different pose with drastically different lighting. It does look like he just went on a slow cut, which is what natties should do. Definitely possible natty but I don't know if he did it natty. Regardless, there are no signs of roid use apart from good delts, he doesn't seem to have red or leathery skin or any sus vascularity

        To me it looks like a good amount of muscle mass with a few layers of fat over the top. If it were all fat, he'd have a flabbier guy, droopier breasts and fatter arms.

        He just looks fat to me with no pose, terrible posture and bad lighting. His abs are visible and he has some mass on his chest.
