Nope. A man who takes oestrogen for a year will still have a much more robust bone structure, stronger ligaments and greater muscle mass than a woman. They also have more stable hormone levels. A lot of female athletes struggle to manage training/competing at certain points of their menstrual cycle. A chud taking exogenous hormones doesn't have to worry about that.
