        oh, and to add - just do tricep cable pushdowns. was arnolds fave tricep exercise, hard to frick up form, dont have to think about stability and shit - just move arm untill you slow down, then on the last set you crank out partials
        for every 3 pushdown days I do 1 skullcrusher day

                Kickback is Perfect rear delt isolations if u keep elbow straight, and for the same reason IT won't work with trike - delt will tire out first. Besides i claim to have invented only side trike ISOlation.

    Everyone has a muscle group like that.
    I hate biceps, no matter how big or strong. i just hate doing them, it's always uncomfortable and feels unnatural.
    Meanwhile triceps for me just seems to be default state.
    Pushups, chest, overhead, picking self off ground.
    Any extension feels good with my arms.

    Dips, probably? If you keep your body relatively vertical, it will hit your triceps more than pecs.
    But what have you been doing for tris that makes you feel horrible, anon? DB kickback?
    I myself am currently doing: Katana cable extension, dual rope pushdown, cross-body one-arm cable extension and EZ bar French press. The only ones that make me feel slightly uncomfortable are the overhead extensions (Katana & French press).

    I actually really like it, I do lying rolling triceps extensions and that's the only isolation/assistance I do for them. Biceps are what I don't really enjoy, I don't really like doing curls (I do them anyway) and my triceps are much more impressive.

      Cable pushdowns are great. Overhead feels gross on my elbows. I do weighted dips as a primary.
      Bicep work is 100x worse. If chinning for big bis actually worked I'd have ditched bicep isolation ages ago.

      One curl is easy and effective: grab 2x db (light at first), feet a little wider than shoulders. Put dbs in top of curl position, then thrust hips forward while leaning back. Lock elbows to sides so upper arms are also angled. Then lower dbs and start curling. Keep them horizontal (Not hammer).

      The natural trajectory is for them to move closer together when raised, which is fine.

    Lying triceps extensions are the absolute goat. Pushdowns i get a pump half the time, sore 1/4 time. Dont feel them during presses. LTE is the most worthwhile thing ive gotten from rippetoe lol

    always bilateral for me, either barbell or cables. Using dumbbells suck for these except for kickbacks but those are unilateral and just a super awkward position.
    TL;DR: Yeah they suck but there's a lot of shitty variations, find one you like

    I have to switch this shit up more than any other muscle. Every couple of months I have to swap to a one armed version because my left starts shitting all over my right. Currently I'm doing single armed cable kick backs and the pump is fricking unreal but they don't burn like push downs.
