    If your test isn’t much higher than “normal” you need to fix that
    Ideally it should 1000
    You will gain muscle just by sitting at home

    i just fasted away 50 kilos, had no lose skin, then calculated maintenance of my goal weight instead of some other shit
    ate 1g protein per cm bodyheight, reached 1/2/3/4 in 7 months of only doing compounds, never trained before that

    Eat only a whole foods diet. Make sure that the calorie "surplus" is a protein surplus. Make sure you're pushing the weight up at a consistent rate. Spend more time outside moving around. Second, consider a low carb diet; enough carbs at the end of the day to recharge your glycogen but too little to gain sub-cutaneous or visceral fat. That way you still have the energy to consistently work out, but your nutritional intake will go no where except where it's actually needed. Also, consider figuring out what your nutritional needs with your exercise accounted for are and meet them exactly.
