    Drink a lot more water. You get about 1/3rd of your daily water intake from the food you eat, and most people also drink with meals. You’re missing out on that when you fast.

    I get head aches around 24 hrs in then they go away same with hunger pains it’s your body switching from hunting and eating mode to recovery after a failed hunt mode

    I use this stuff if im doing a long fast its pretty much salty water + sucralose and some other vitamins
