                How is deadlift useless and pull ups "functional". Deadlift is one of the best test of raw strength we have. Squats are fat bound so obese morons can squat a lot. DEadlift is inverse fat bound, the fatter you are the weak your deadlift. Pull ups are victim weight bound the smaller you are the more you can do.

      A huge proportion of powerlifters are just failed bodybuilders. They started going to the gym because they wanted to get a good body, but they got memes into shit like starting strength so now they cope and say that they actually just care about strength and not how they look.
