magnesium l threonate is the best one but expensive. Glycinate is the best overall if price is considered.

    Different types are absorbed differently

Glycinate has highest absorbtion, but if you have any issues with upper tracts, use other forms.

P.s.: all that "this form is good for brain, this for muscles, this for bones" is kinda bs since it mostly works on the level of ions in your bloodstream.

I tried this before but it's disgusting (as you would expect) since Epsom salts are mostly sulphur by weight. Bitter as frick. If you've ever tried MSM crystals it's pretty similar. Also had a strong laxative effect too.
Glycine is good, most of the forms chelated to amino acids are pretty much on par. Anything that isn't oxide or carbonate or something is already dece imo.

i posted a video where the amount of magnesium was measured in the nervous system. They used glycinate to raise it.
Your claim is false. Low bioavailability and easy to overdose with your salt baths.

lots of cases when moronic mothers were giving their children baths with epsom salts and babied were dying from that. Grown up will stop bathing as soon as he feels sick, but some damage is still done. It's not natural to swim in the magnesium salt solution. So many variables you can't control.
But if you take it orally, you will have diarrhea. So yea, low bioavailability

If epsom salt wasn't meant to be eated, why it comes in milk carton? I'm taking 122mg elemental magnesium toss & washed with a couple glasses of water.

because you need a whole carton to cover your daily dose. only 2% of magnesium in food is in oxide or sulfate forms.
