it's pretty funny because when you're over 300 pounds it's basically like you can lose 10 pounds a month if you just walk 10 minutes a day and stop drinking that extra soda. Over that threshold, it's disgustingly easy to lose weight, like on My 500 Pound Life, they take those people who weigh 600 pounds and just put them on a smaller diet that would still make a normal person gain weight but these whales shed hundreds of pounds

He went down to 365 after his surgery, because he physically couldn't eat. As soon as he could eat again he went straight back to stuffing his face and immediately regained the weight.
