Ultimate redpill

There is no randomized controlled research that proves any diet is the perfect diet for a human.

Do trial and error, moron.

That being said, most people will thrive on cycling periods of keto carnivore with periods of keto omnivore and rare carbohydrate consumption. It's how we've always eaten, by food availability. We evolved as scavengers, waiting for a big predator like a cat to eat his fill of red meat and then jump in with rocks, vash the skull, eat the brains of the animals and all the organs the animal didn't have access too as well as any leftover. We have evolved eating red meat and organs, and that is what's gonna help most people if not all. You're a moron if you can't see this

Simply eating red meat and organs should be enough. Ideally ruminant meat (cows, goats, etc)

Once you transition to being fat adapted, which takes anywhere between 1-3 months, your athletic performance is much better than when you used carbs primarily as a fuel source. And when you do use carbs occasionally, it supercharges you, it's insane.

Yes I don't deny it, why do I have to know athletes who do carnivore? I like to experiment and see the results on myself. Still I understand many athletes choose to train on keto and then carbload on competition days. It's not uncommon.

Milk is fattening on purpose: high carb, high fat. I've been making kefir for that reason, but it has too many carbs, still (around 24 g per liter/4 cups for you burgers). Kefir cheese is the superior choice.

Common sense says it, we don't have claws or excessive strength and we didn't always have the intelligence to make sharp tools, so we probably started eating fruits and wild veggies and scavenging carcasses other animals left over, and we ate every part. Fruits weren't always availeable, so it follows that we've also evolved to be eating meat exclusively for long periods of time (winter) as we moved towards europe.

Well thanks for making my argument for me, high doses of glucose or fructose provide the wrong signal to your body, that it's a time of abundance and you should eat a lot and store fat. It's not your body lying to you, it's you feeding the wrong shit to your body that's causing it to malfunction and lie to you.

I don't think I understand what you mean when you say that the body is lying/not lying to you. If I, a IST and fairly average person, went to the store and bought a bottle of soda and drank it my body would tell me good job, tasty stuff, drink more. Right?
