IMO you should probably cut a little as you lack basically any muscle mass but are well into 20-22% body fat. Cut to 140 lbs carefully, then bulk 15 or so pounds, cut, bulk over again until you hit muscle.
On our frame a genetically optimal human will look yoked anywhere inside of 168-175 lbs @ 12% bodyfat. 185 lbs @ 20% bodyfat (all natty).

i was cutting (after years of not training) but i stopped at 68 kg cause i was seeing definition everywhere except on my stomach (not trying to cut down to 60kg)
the only way out is to get your numbers as high as possible while eating above 200g protein
start bulking, not in a moronic manner and actually put down the work

No my body doesn’t stay like that, I lost 40ish pounds since the beginning of the year so it used to be even worse. It’s a long road but I’ll keep cutting and trying to put on as much lean muscle as I can until I don’t look like garbage

tbf u prolly have rlly wide hips too. I have a similar shape to you (fatter looking obvs) but I'm like 30-40 lbs heavier and 5'11. I hate it so much and I feel like it prevents me from being my true self. I'll never fatten up again after I meet my goal weight. I can live my entire life without eating processed shit again.

I'm skinny fat too, been working out regularly for a month or so and have been cutting. About 1k calories a day, seeing some weight loss. Went from around 170 to 164 so far, still figuring stuff out but I hope I can make it bros

Whats a good body fat % to aim for to be nice and lean and actually see definition? After suing some calculators I'm around 21% roughly
Lower than 17% to see outline of upper abs. 15% you’ll see good ab definition, below 13% for a 6 pack.
These can be a percent or so higher or lower if you have well defined and trained abs.
