    You can do better.

    But if serious, just cut and work out a bit. He's not that big or defined. I'd say prob 12-15% bfp. You don't need to bulk, unless you're a total cuck, the muscles he has should be easily achievable while you cut if you don't already have them.

              12-15 maybe? My point is Pattinson never bulked or anything like that. His body in the OP just looks like a guy that’s always been naturally lean combined with cardio and mostly body weight workouts.

                For sure, that’s pretty much my goal body as well. I don’t care about looking big, I just want to have a nice, all-around athletic looking summer body.
