I was only doing flat bench the past few months. Last month I started Incline benching and my chest and delts look fuller.
Also Incline benching is nice.
Any pec exercise like flat or decline db or bb bench will also hit the upper chest too. Incline movements barely hit the upper chest harder, they just hit the lower chest less (& the front delts way more). So don't skip out on flat bench chest exercises in order to focus on incline because it's not worth it.
A fly on a flat bench will hit your pecs like a flat bench press, a fly on an incline bench will hit your pecs like an incline bench press, same rules apply. Pullovers aren't a great chest exercise, more of a lat exercise.
only if you're a bodybuilder
Lower pecs are more important for definition

They make your pecs look less like breasts
is there a pic with overdeveloped upper pecs?
If you want Raita banana breasts I guess you can ignore them
That's just underdeveloped chest. Every beginner will have chest similar to that

What about flies or pullovers? I thought those hit the upper chest well?

upper chest is insanely important for aesthetics
you dont wanna walk around with breasts, do you
I only do dips for chest or dumbbell ohp if you think it's an upper chest exercise and i don't look like them
He needs to do more pull-ups
True. He also needs some hammer curls/forearm work.
Is doing both bench and incline dumbbell presses worth it?
I always did flat BB bench press and then incline db press
I like doing both
I alternate them on Upper doing flies or cable-crossovers as ancillary lifts
ULxULxx
reminder that Ronnie Coleman exclusively did presses to build chest
Aren't presses like 75% of the chest exercises anyways?
Besides that you have.... flys.
