          What do you mean by this if you are >315 deadlift(absolute minimum to be an intermediate male lifter) your minimum warmup is 45% of max 140lbs, there is no way you are curling or upright rowing 140lbs even as a 1rm as an intermediate

      Why would you need to deadlift it, it’s baby weight, just hold onto it or use one of the preset barbells with baby weight and just rerack it if your delicate arms can’t hold 100lbs with ease
