          Muh incomplete proteins is such a dumb meme. Look up the ratios of amino acids and you'll see they're only slightly off for most "incomplete" proteins. They still have everything you need just like 20% less of one thing. Lots of veggie protein is complete anyway.
          The bioavaillability is less of a meme though.

            It also doesn't contain other amino acids that while 'nonessential' are nevertheless desirable for optimal health. Protein in meat is significantly more bioavailable. Meat also contains bioavailable iron, b vitamins. Additionally, nutrients that are not found in any plants such as fat-soluble vitamins a,d,k2, and EPA and DHA.

    Ya it’s possible to meet your protein needs on a full vegan diet but it’s a lot easier and cheaper to also eat animal products. Also a lot of those aren’t complete proteins and their bioavailability is trash so while they say it’s 20g of protein you may only absorb and use 15g

    Vegan protein has much lower absorption rate. To get 20g of protein you'd get from meat you need to eat +30g at least which equates to a rather large volume of food, which is the issue usually.

    I simply eat whatever I want, and don’t worry about my protons. Some days I’m vegan, most days vegetarian, some pesce, and on occasion I enjoy some ruminants. I will probably eat less animal stuffs when I’m older, but I’m pleased with my current nutrition plan
