This watch 90’s tv shows and you’ll see plenty of characters who depicted as froo froo and claim to be vegetarian. Veganism as a concept just didn’t exist.
The only diet in the world that mirrors veganism is the fasting rules for Eastern Orthodox christians where they abstain from meet, fish, eggs, oil, wine, and dairy(but not shellfish so even then not full vegan).

the human body doesn't need fiber
you can get 100% of the nutrients you need from an animal based diet
animal based diet is the most macro efficient diet as it doesn't require mono-ag and literally just requires you let every other animal live naturally and you simply hunt
cholesterol is vital to human health
    it all tastes amazing

You are arguing a point nobody here cares about. Fiber not being necessary has nothing to do with veganism being life extending and disease thwarting. Coffee isn't necessary, but it decreased risk of Alzheimer's, therefore its a good addition to a diet. Fiber might not be necessary, but it lowers cholesterol and fiber containing foods have immense health benefits. You are arguing a point that doesn't matter

Being is caloric deficits over long periods of time prolong life. I’ve seen people die indirectly because veganism makes the so weak they are unable to combat disease. A lot of vegans have low b12 and all the women are anemic. Vegans are weaker than their meat eating counterparts, and when compared with the non obese more prone to injury. All kids that are raised on veganism are malnourished and ultimately end up stunted in growth and many in mental development due to lack of b12 and cholesterol. I would report every vegan parent for child abuse if I could, and I hate vegans with a passion since they prey on people is vulnerable positions and can ultimately cause irreparable damage to children.

  23. 2 years ago
    Anonymous

You will never be a real herbivore. You have no rumen, you have no reticulum, you have no omasum. You are a carnivore animal twisted by industrial society into a crude mockery of nature's perfection.

All the "validation" you get is two-faced and half-hearted. Behind your back people wear wool. Your parents are pissed off at you, your "friends" throw some barbecues without inviting you.

People are utterly annoyed by you. Thousands of years of evolution have allowed humans to digest meat with incredible efficiency. Even vegans who "lift" look malnourished and weak to people. Your bone density is a dead giveaway. And even if you manage to get someone to eat with you, they'll turn tail and bolt the second they get a whiff of your disgusting, indigestible slop.

You will never be healthy. You wrench out a fake smile every single morning and tell yourself it's going to be ok, but deep inside you feel the deficiencies creeping up like weeds, ready to crush you under the unbearable 1pl8.

Eventually it'll be too much to bear - you'll attempt to deadlift 2pl8, grab the bar to pull it, and break your spine in half. Your parents will find you, heartbroken but relieved that they no longer have to hide the leather couch whenever you visit. They'll bury you with a headstone marked with your cause of death, and every passerby for the rest of eternity will know a vegan is buried there. Your body will decay and go back to the dust, and all that wil remain of your legacy is a skeleton that is unmistakably fractured.

This is your fate. This is what you chose. There is no turning back.
