>Vegans never do any serious physical exercises outside of running, cardio, yoga, or cycling almost as if they know they can't get big without roiding and faking
>Any athlete or famous person who made gains before adopting Veganism they'll say they made it while on the diet to cope saying they made their gains on their weak little diet
>All sorts of other bullshit in regards to health, diet, enviroment, etc
Vegan hate thread.
gays like earthling ed actually habe that physiognomy
>What are sharks
>What are fricking apes
apes will kill things and eat their meat
So you are affirming that there is something a vegan can't get via their diet + supplementation which makes it impossible for them to build muscle? What is it?
Cholesterol and bioavailable protein
forget muscle, vegans are deficient in a frick-ton of vital nutrients that is destroying their health, they are practically walking skeletons, as one can observe by their appearance.
also what the other guy said, watch "Protein is not protein" on Youtube if you want more info on why "plant protein" is a scam
You write like a moron
>vegans are deficient in a frick-ton of vital nutrients
which ones?
DHA. vegetarians fare worse than omnivores as well
nearly everything. vegetable are low nutrition and they're becoming even lower by the year
>watch "Protein is not protein"
that video is trash. You're clearly an idiot
>Yes the only vegans I have ever seen are from sv3rige YouTube videos.
A brain, working hormonal balance and discipline to workout hard and stopping the cardio, lmao.
>So you are affirming that there is something a vegan can't get via their diet + supplementation
yeah, they can't get BIG or STRONG
>yeah, they can't get BIG or STRONG
See
, he's vegan
Harry Squatter literally admitted to steroid use. His intake of onions and shit would turn you into a femboi, but he can do it because he's on test and god knows what else.
Still, he's freakishly strong.
Just get your nutrients from a sun, bro
Just eat the sun
What are you? An earth hater?
Strongest vegan.
>mogs 90% of IST
>Strongest vegan
maybe the vegans don't die from malnutrition but their children and babies often do and if they do survive they develop fricked up diseases like MS
I don't understand how Vegans honestly expect people to drop meat, cold turkey, and adopt a vegan diet. It's not realistic.
I do understand some of their points about the poor conditions of the farming industries. Mass production of livestock looks a little messed up.
That being said, I make some efforts to order Vegan meals, but I still eat meat.
Na bro you don’t need to go cold turkey at all.
You’re making the right first step. Even if you never go further, just having a few vegan meals a week can go a long way to helping animal suffering and the environment.
I am considering stopping eating meat.
>I don't understand how Vegans honestly expect people to drop meat...
Me neither. It's a life choice and each person deserves to make their own.
I myself know it's hard to stop - I've done it for over a year in the past and quitted. I love the taste of meat. I am not even too sure if it really can be healthy, we may just not be sure yet what should be supplemented and how to do it effectively... But, even with my doubts, I sti wish to stop consuming meat, since I think it's cruel to lock up and, then, kill animals. I am 100% sure that if I had to do it by myself, I would hate myself for the rest of my life. Therefore, delegating this job to another men is an act of cowardice on my part and hipocritical.
>vegans aren't robust--
get btfo, carnichuds
please explain my brain is too atrophied to understand
in order to get your daily intake of protein from a relatively protein dense vegetable like watercress, you would need to eat a cube thats 4x the mass of your entire body
