vegan/vegetarian

Is it possible to be big enough on a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle? I don't have huge goals but as long as my muscles are big enough to impress normies and my bf% stays below 14% then i'm content. And that i have enough energy to do both gym and other sports.
Can a vegetarian/vegan diet provide that? Since they are better for the environment and all.

But you can metabolize better what little protein there is, David Laid eats like shit but looks like a god because he takes so much gear

I'd say it's exactly as easy to build muscles as a vegan as it is for a meat cuck, but you'll have to learn to cook. You do get a lot more energy and brain gains on a plant-based lifestyle though. The gnomish meat shills can seethe all they want. Turned out nothing what they said was true.

      Fucking kek
You are creatine deficient by default if you don't eat meat. Creatine not only helps in making energy for muscles but is also used by the brain, and the brain will draw the insufficient creatine your body makes to make sure it's operating normally meaning even less for your muscles.
That's not even beginning to touch on the fact that there is NO proper source of omega 3 in plant form, eternally keeping your 3:6 ratio completely fucked which causez inflammation, cardiovascular problems and even lowered cognitive function.
Everything you have said is false.

Been vegan for 10 years, and both my creatine and omega-3 levels are perfectly fine according to my doctor, but I should probably trust some manchild seething garden gnome on IST instead I guess.

It is possible but way harder
Meat, dairy and eggs are literally the most convenient sources of protein out there and while you can substitute them with vegetables, you'll have to try harder, watch your diet more and eat more in terms of volume (not necessarily calories or nutrients, plants are less dense in these)
