Vitamin A Toxicity

Ignore anyone who blames poor health & disease on 1 thing, especially when that thing is a symptom or a macronutrient

Obesity is a symptom

Carbs don't "cause" anything

He excludes eggs, majority of fruits n veggies especially night shades for their hogh carotene, retinoid, or other sources of vitamin A.
His claim is that the majority of the western world suffers from vitamin A toxicity

        >night shades
Those aren't even sources of "vitamin A." Vegetables and other plants have vitamin A precursors which your body turns into vitamin A at like a 5% conversion rate or something retardedly small. Most people don't even eat that many eggs or plant foods with vitamin A anyway. This sounds like some schizo shit that is lacking in foundational understanding of basic facts.

Also, liver (the food item) is incredibly high in vitamin A and no one has ever gotten less healthy after eating beef liver.

Yeah I'm not gonna do that because I'm not convinced he knows what he's talking about. I don't donate my time to trying to understand schizo theories that are nonsensical prima facie. Maybe you can read it and let me know what it says and why I'm wrong.

I did gay. Read the OP. Vitamin A is a toxin.

It seems like a ripoff pf Grant Genereux's theories. He's lived on a zero vitamin A diet for the last 8 years and authored two entirely free ebooks on the subject

the "study" he's quoting for rats and vit a is literally from 1920
the "newer" (1945) study he quotes after it about humans says that the diet deficient in a caused failure to thrive in rats
