Vitamin K2

Which form is the best?
Some say K2 with D3 is great for energy.
Each on their own not the combined trash.

I know MK7 is good for bones but is the other K2 the one for energy?

Also know K2 should not be taken in huge doses.

    K2 makes my benis slightly larger. Like half an inch or so.
    YMMV. And not sure if I have to take it with D(heh)3, cuz I already take that every day regardless. I think i use the m7, pretty sure.

          unless you are really outside for 12 hours+ daily until winter

      This. K2 isn't hard to get if you consume dairy and weekly liver. Though if you eat a 'typical western diet' of processed shit then the likes of K2, D and selenium will come as revelations to your likey deficient body.

    I'm leaning towards 'anything'. I took MK9, which no one talks of taking, and noticed the penis enlargement from improved blood flow effect. Ray Peat said, IIRC, supplementing k1 is good enough as it kicks off a process causing production of k2 in the body.
