I can finally do unassisted Pull Ups and Chin Ups. I hit 1pl8 OHP before I even got to the point where I could do a chin up so I'm very happy. A large part of it is that I finally committed fully to a long cut and lost like 40 lb so I weigh less, but my back gains still hitting hard despite the deficit. 195 lb rn, aiming for 170-180 range before I bulk back up (slowly). I'm 6'3 for reference

Finally managed to run 10K this morning after 4 weeks of doing 2 5Ks every other weekday and an 8K once every weekend. Feeling accomplished right now. I am wondering whether I should care about speed though. I like taking walks in between to budget my energy properly, so I ended up with 1 hour 15 minutes to complete the 10K. Is faster better? How much should it matter?

Currently 63.5kg, doing OMAD/20-4, goal weight is 56kg. 168cm height.

    >learned how to smoke meat and have been smoking 10-20lb cuts of meat (brisket, pork shoulder) every weekend for over a month
    >hit on some married women at a mixer last night (didn’t notice they were married initially)

i'm eating food again. I know it sounds stupid but life's been so fricking hectic this year that food brought no comfort anymore. More often than not I found myself so stressed or exhausted that I skipped meal. After a while it became an habbit and then by the end of the day I'd often discover that this day I must have ate practically nothing. My family worried why I'd be losing weight despite being already skinny, and at some point it got bad enough that I'd feel these kinda headache filled blackouts coming and had to sit down fora minute.

Anyway i've been having at least two serving of food these days, so I'm hitting it up again to put some muscles on.

    >Gave up on bulking because eating too much made me puke
    >Instead went for boxer/karateka body > huge
Working extremely well, although I'm more of a judo guy I've become better at striking. Guess my body was more built for fights than bodybuilding considering I'm only 177cm and 60kg

I mean I can throw someone double my weight considering my shitty Judo background. Not like I can be a heavyweight boxer

I wish I could be Andy Hug lmao. Its just very difficult to bulk because of a small stomach and my metabolism works too fast.

switch up with a little weight added with a vest or a dumbbell between your feet, extra gains
