      What were your squat and bench at your strongest and what are they now?
      I lost almost 15kg too and my lifts are 20% weaker

      thx, i dont squat or bench now, just fricking around in the calisthenics park and walking
      but i think my best squat was 140 kg and my best bench was 105 kg. my best deadlift was pretty ok with 225 kg
      now i am going to sleep

      Stupid fat people love counting steps. I think it's because they feel accomplished at seeing a big number.

      10,000 steps sounds nice, but it's only a few kilometers.
