    Funfact fatty fatfrick homosexual:
Cardio isn't what helps you lose weight, atleast not until you're doing 1 hour of HIIT 3+ times per week.
It's not stuffing your fat stupid face with sugar, snacks, soda and beers you fricking subhuman.
Now, walk, alot, uphill, while not stuffing your grotesque body full of cheap calories. Then when you've lost enough weight to start running, run, and never look back.

      First of all, this
Stop stuffing your fat face with sugar and grease
Once you do it, given your restrictions, try:
      >long walks
      >rucking
Can't you get a decent gym membership? You absolutely should lift weights, and in some gyms you may have swimming pools, stairmasters, rowing machines and other interesting equipment for cardio as well

      Anonymous

exactly. most fat fricks are that way by stuffing shit foods into their mouths all day. honestly you can look up charts that show how many calories certain exercises burn, but even intense ones hardly does fricking shit when compared to having a healthy diet. OP cut out sodas and candy and all junk, pretty fricking simple to not be a fricking pig honestly

        Anonymous

And whats nice is the healthier you get, your body will want less food and will reject unhealthy garbage. I used to be a disgusting pig, and now I couldn't make my body eat that food and in that quantity if it tried. Things get easier if you stay committed. The hardest part is the very beginning, where faith in the process is all you have to keep progressing.

      >1 hour of HIIT 3+ times per week
      Holy shit lmao you're moronic
If you can do an hour of HIIT, you're taking too long of rest between your intervals, or your high intensity isn't all that high. A moderate intensity steady state also burns just as many calories for any duration of HIIT as well, actually more for longer durations as the longer you go, your maximum intensity drops in HIIT plummets.

Read what I said. You're taking longer rest periods between high intensity intervals or you're high intensity drops towards the end.
Weightlifting is technically HIIT, and the higher intensity your set is, the longer rest between sets you have to take. Sure you can pad out your workout with rest time and be there for 4 hours if you want, but you didn't really do more work.

NTA but he's right. Unless you're a professional athlete, HIIT should be so exhausting that you can't do it more than once or twice a week.
Maybe you literally don't do any other kind of exercise, but i jog, cycle, lift weights and walk my dog. I can do HIIT maybe once a week and still able to put in good sessions at the gym.
If you're able to train HIIT 3x a week then you're training like a b***h and you're not hitting max heart rate, or you're not hitting it for long enough.

I don't know what to tell you guys, other than:
            Post body.
Look, I may not be a "professional athlete" as in I don't compete. But I take this shit very seriously, I live and breathe to do my fricking HIIT sets every week, because I'm eternally seething that the special forces refused me because I refused to get vaxxed. So I decided to step up my workouts to the point where I not only would get top score in all their physical tests, I would blow them the frick out.
And they will never have me.

100 pushups a day and force myself to run for 6 miles 2-3 times a week, thats what I did the past 4 months. I'm not ripped, but I definitely have way more definition in my upper body, and my fat is 3/4 gone.

I still have a very long way to go but it got me to a good starting point where I actually look damn good now, and I'll only keep looking better and better. You don't need any complicated answer to get to where you want to go, I'm living proof. Consistency is EVERYTHING. I did 5 sets of 20 pushups every day since late May. If I was sick.. I did them. If it was 2am and I remembered I only did 3/5... I did them.

The problem lies with YOU, and if you have the discipline to do this. I didn't see any results for the first ~3 weeks, but guess what I did (you know the answer).

      Based and One Punch Manpilled
      t. also do 100 push ups minimum a day, in sets of 20-40

        Anonymous

Thanks. I started this doing 20 and incrementally increasing each set by 5 reps every week, until getting to maybe 50. Afterwards I corrected my posture from some YT vids and dropped back down to 20, except this time in a harder position where I'm lifting more of my bodyweight (lower vs higher), and prob 3-4x slower.

Some physical therapist on YT said something along the lines of going 2x as fast on pushups puts 150% the strain on your joints, which I was feeling at the end of the higher reps since I was doing it 5x a daily and doing it hard lol. Thats something I learned from doing this so long... you pretty much have no choice but to learn to do these things properly, because improper form will really affect you after enough times.

I'm thinking of adding a new exercise to my daily routine, something hard for another muscle group but something I can ease into and start going hard on.... maybe pull ups.

Do not think of anything as in "calories spent"
Any records or tables of this much X activity = this much calories = this much fat lost = weight loss, is extremely misleading.
You will lose your drive to progress. Whoever made those calculations wasn't thinking of you when they made them, and most likely they barely apply to your body type and fitness level.
Going for a walk is enjoyable if you can do it. Just go as far as you can, stop and rest, turn around begin back.
There you did something, the benefits will be visible over time. Look in the mirror in three months, you won't recognize yourself.
Carry some weights in a backpack if you want to, plan walks that go up, up up. Vary your speed, maybe jog twenty paces then walk then jog, walk backwards, go on uneven terrain like rocky slopes or dry river beds, box while you walk, carry a stick and practice your stick fighting techniques, carry a nunchuck and beat up homeless people
The thing is to make it enjoyable to you and make it something you look forward to.

you need to realize that losing weight as a fat c**t is hard and takes an absolute shitload of time if you want to a) not have fat c**t flappy excess stretch skin hanging everywhere cos you lost weight too rapidly and b) not injure yourself trying to lose wight too rapidly e.g., blowing out a joint or tearing ligaments and tendons resulting in not being able to exercise at all. Back to time with a) & b) considered if you aim for 2lbs a week, which is easily doable and a good pace of weight loss, and you are 200lbs over your desired weight it is going to take 100 weeks of exercise to reach your target. there are 52 weeks in a year. That said, once your body is used to exercise and you're less of a fat c**t you can go harder and increase the fat loss without the a) or b).

For legs, either kick while holding the wall, or tread water in the middle of the pool. When you get good at that bring a water cooler jug with you, fill it up, hold it over your head, and let it dump out as you tread water. When you get good at that, hold progressively larger plates to your chest as you tread water.

For arms, do dips/press-ups on the wall of the pool, facing the wall or facing away from it.

For chest, do push-ups on the deck, or get into the pool, put your feet up on the deck, and do the stationary front crawl (freestyle).

You have no fricking perspective you disgusting abomination.
You didn't become a walking beef olive overnight, so don't expect to reverse it overnight either. And if you ever want to STAY at a healthy weight once you lose your fat, then you need to cultivate the necessary habits of diet and exercise.
If you had a magic button that would make you thin and healthy, pressing it would be a waste of time because with your shitty defeatist attitude, you would continue living the life that has made you this way and end up fat again.
700kcal might not seem like much to you, but it's an extra small meal or large snack you can eat each day and still be in a calorie deficit, or it could be increasing an already good deficit of 700kcal by diet alone to 1400kcal.
You are NOT going to make it with this attitude of "it isn't enough". No ONE thing is enough, you make it by a million little things. A house is built one brick at a time and a fat ass is burned away one step at a time.

Cardio doesn't even make a deficit, diet does. Cardio helps maintain your brain and heart health, and losing weight will go more smoothly if you attend to your health through cardio

    >How am I supposed to make it?
Stop being a whiny b***h. You're creating barriers for yourself in order to avoid action.

    barely burns calories

aside from your daily activities, you must march in place for 2 hours right before you go to bed. you can even watch your favorite show on a tv or place your phone on a stand in front of you and watch something on the phone. if two hours of marching in place is too much, you can at least reserve 30 minutes for it per day.

You don't have to use an actual bicycle, you can use a stationary cycle.
You can jump rope, burns a lot of calories in a relatively short period of time and is not hard on your knees.
But walking is actually the best cardio for fat loss, especially if you're a legitimate fatty, it also keeps you occupied so you spend less time sitting around bored-eating.

The thing about walking is that it's at its most effective when you're heaviest, and you can do it for hours on end without really risking exhaustion or injury. You should be dieting, but walking now will be the best exercise option.
