>antibiotics for 2 years.
What the frick. How? Your doctor sounds like a giga moron breeding drug-resistant bacteria in his patients.
the only person I know personally who got prescribed this much antiobiotics is some moron who claims he has chronic lyme and that's the only thing doctors that believe in the condition will prescribe
>doctor
More like big pharma pill-pusher
Oy vey cool it
You don't believe in science, do you? Just fricking say it you science denier. You're probably a Trump-supporting Fascist. Go drink bleach.
Meds
Low quality bait
>breeding drug-resistant bacteria in his patients.
Uh based
Uhm Doctor Chud... why are you questioning a medical professional expert? What color is your PhD??
Stop taking the antibiotics. Look into herbal medicines, teas and aloe. Most likely won't be able to recover lost tongue surface but at least you'll stop its decay
i went to a tcm who gave me some herbal teas but they didn't help much.
>teas and aloe
based subhuman ancient "medicine" chink. try some ginseng, crushed rhino horn and tiger tooth too while you're at it
>Look into herbal medicines, teas and aloe.
You would think it's a 45 year old liberal mom who's into crystals and astrology writing this
where my essential oil sisters at
what condition requires 2 years of antibiotics?
chronic bladder infections
just take cold showers every day
literally saved my life, would've hero'd otherwise
What did cold showers do for you?
how do they fix chronic bladder infections?
I'd start with salt water rinses.
Antibiotics can cause yeast infections in some people because they kill off beneficial bacteria that prevent the overgrowth of yeast. Oral thrush can usually be successfully treated withantifungal medicines. These usually come in the form of gels or liquid that you apply directly inside your mouth (topical medication), although tablets or capsules are sometimes used.
OP here. I had chronic folliculitis in my scalp for years. Never was much of an issue, but i buzzed my head one day and realized my scalp was fricked. Saw two doctors and a derm, they all just said keep taking these antibiotics after multiple follow ups. I eventually found a topical fix on reddit of all places. Now just trying to undue the damage that the antibiotics did.
dude, i picked up an STD from a hooker after getting a BJ with no condom. My prostate became infected and I took ever antibiotic known to man for 2 years and then finally had to use some old ass antibiotic that could have made me blind. My tounge looks like yours. I am taking lots or probiotics, eating chicken and meat and trying to cut out sugars.
the good news is my prostate infection went away. That was fricked up.
Sorry for your STD bro, happy for you that it's gone. I've noticed diet plays a major role as well. Alcohol, sugars, refined grains seem to create more spots on my tongue. However i think you have to maintain a certain calorie intake to allow it to heal as well.
My tongue looks like this without any meds, dentists told me its natural for some people, so whatever I guess
Do you not find that your breath is worse than it was before the issue?
>Antibiotics for 2 years
sure yo went to a real doctor anon?
I guess some periodical extended fasting coupled with probiotics (kefir, kimchi, sauerkraut, etc.) is what I'd personally try.
>antibiotics for 2 years
>Any recommendations to fix this??
Drop the antibiotics and use anti fungal for another 2 years
Doctors will give you everything to destroy your gut bacteria but nothing to build it up and set it right. Interesting that.
My tongue looks like that but I assumed it was scarring from when I had chicken pox on my tongue when I was about 3. That and my energy drink addiction.
Shot of cortisone
Both a dermatologist and dentist think i have geographic tongue (doesnt look like it tho lol), derm said to take vitamin B complex
Does it cause any pain or burning?
Just feels sensitive to some foods e.g. extremely salty, sour, etc. feels like my mouth is dryer now which probably gives me worse breath which is shitty.
If you can see a dermatologist then and make sure you mention the sensitivity, they may prescribe a nystatin or something which may help it. They prescribed me one just in case my tongue gets painful. Luckily this isnt a dangerous thing just annoying
>2 years
