Buddy looks shredded. Are the Death Wish movies good? What are his best ones?

First Death Wish is based. A nice leftist dude finds that his libtard wife and daughter were raped and murdered by blacks so he becomes an angry right winger and goes around murdering blacks.

Probably not. My uncle used to work as an airline clerk 20something years ago and met him once. He was a cool dude IRL.

        >Implying
The Death Wish movies had the typical multicultural gangs that only exists in movies but either way it's fun watching bad people die, even if it's just in a movie.

Looks like I have my weekends movies selected

I liked the first 2, third was kind of meh, haven't watched 4 or 5. The remake with Bruce Willis from a few years back was pretty solid too.

No dice, it's two white guys and a israeli guy (played by Jeff Goldblum) who kill his wife and rape his daughter in the first movie.

Death Wish is bad but good. Once Upon A Time in the West is very good

        >Death Wish is bad but good.
Nonsense, the first Death Wish movie is solid action cinema with a touch of social commentary. The rest are pretty moronic and pointless but 3-5 are fun to watch at least.

Once Upon a Time in the West is all around great and the best part is Claudia Cardinale's breasts.

He might have been on TRT when he got older, but it's not like it would've been required. He actually liked to work out and didn't stop, so he could be natural. v4k8

He would jump rope, do rope climbs, and box in between messing around with free weights and was really focused on not eating crap.

It is amazing what can be accomplished with a consistent balanced training regime and not over-eating and drinking.

He wasn't on TRT because he didn't need to be, he had a normal healthy amount of testosterone for a 50 year old man.

50 year old men today do not have that because testosterone is now declining overall and with age. 50 year old men in the 60's had higher test levels than 20 year old men do now, we have the numbers on it. The idea that test naturally fricks off a cliff with age is a modern western trend due to the shit in our water, food, clothes, lifestyle, etc.

Short of getting a TRT prescription, what is the best way to mitigate the damage?

          Regular exercise, especially outdoors
          Prioritize sleep
          Healthy diet
Cut down on booze and drugs
          Have a nice social life

And if I remember correctly, sleep is the number one thing for testosterone, and general health. Get your 8 hours.

        >In 1933, Bronson's father died and he went to work in the coal mines, first in the mining office and then in the mine.[2] He later said he earned one dollar for each ton of coal that he mined.[10] In another interview, he said that he had to work double shifts to earn $1 (equivalent to $24 in 2023) a week.[13] Bronson later recounted that he and his brother engaged in dangerous work removing "stumps" between the mines, and that cave-ins were common.[13]

        >The family suffered extreme poverty during the Great Depression, and Bronson recalled going hungry many times. His mother could not afford milk for his younger sister, so she was fed warm tea instead.[13] His family was so poor that he once had to wear his sister's dress to school for lack of clothing.

    >Coal miner at age 14
    >Drafted into Army in WW2, considered it an improvement
    >worked blue collar jobs before acting career
    >got into acting because he was painting & building sets
Smoked cigarettes from mining days to death, so he used an appetite suppressant his whole life and probably never stuffed his face like fatties today.

Favorite movie of his is the Great Escape.

That could be a part of it. Everything is youthmaxxed these days, whereas middle and old age men had a look in the 70s
