Weak sack of shit, that's what I am.
Training for 5 months and all I have to show are
>265 pound deadlift
>200 pound squat
>175 pound bench press
5 months.
And now I realize I've used wrong grip, and form on bench so if I don't deload and rework my shoulder will be scuffed. How can I cope with being such a weak homosexual that doesn't involve a noose around my neck?
if you're b***hing and moaning about training for 5 months and not having good numbers, you should just quit now. Most strong people have been at it for at least 5 years and anyone who is 3/4/5 after a year or anything close to that is a genetic freak and you forget about comparing yourself to them, because you make threads on fit.
I'm about 2.5/3.5/4.5 after about 2 years. I expect to hit 3/4/5 in the next 6 months. It's not really all that difficult.
>Plans to add 90 pounds to all lifts in 6 months
Yeah it's easy bro it's just adding 4 pounds to every lift every week for 6 months. I'll be at 4/5/6/7 before the end of 2023!
You're a weak homosexual not because of these numbers, but your attitude. Train longer. Work on your form. Eat more. Rest well. It's that easy.
Stronger than me and I lifted 10 years and did tren twice Kek
Was stronger than you on tren tho
you were doing something wrong then
Post body
Xddddddddd
Yeah, he already said he was doing Tren.
Are those your 5x5’s or 1rm’s?
5x on squats
3x on bench, until the deload
1x on deadlift
I normally don't test max.
Ok this has to be bait. Your numbers are completely normal for 5 months of lifting. They’re probably above average. You could easily hit 1/2/3/4 in your first year. Frick off homosexual
These aren't the best for 5 months, but they're not terrible. Not terrible in the slightest. There are plenty of folks that who get done a lot less in that span of time.
Keep at it, this is marathon not a sprint. Each month is gonna be better than the last.
His bench is decent for 5 months
You're right, that's definitely a good bench for 5 months. Thank you for the correction.
Buddy, eat and sleep more and compete with yourself only. That is all you need to do right now. Quit having such a wiener mind set. Keep grinding and get back to us in 3 years.
You should be thankful that you trained for that long and learned better form and are developing a realistic expectation of muscle growth. IT IS THE LONG GAME homosexual. GRINDING IT OUT, YEAR AFTER YEAR. YOU DONT STOP. And in 5 years when you're 20 pounds heavier and unmistakably muscular, you may just may, even forget that you doubted yourself after just five months of training.
yeah man, there's no way to recover from training suboptimally for 5 whole months. Just give up, take estrogen and post butthole pics for strangers on internet before you inevitably have a nice day.
Just pick a program and follow it instead of fricking around
>lifting for a week
>only achieved 4/5/6/7
It's over
are you trolling lmao, those are good numbers for 5 months
Bench: 72.5kg 3x5
OHP: 42.5kg 3x5
Bent over row: 85kg 3x5
Deadlift: 100kg 3x5
Zercher: 85kg 1x5 failed the second set of five
this is good, 99% of male population would struggle to get 5 reps with 30-40kg, look at any new lifter in the gym in their first few weeks regardless of their size(fat or skinny), they are using just the bar or the little 2.5kg plates on either side.
I literally did 25 on each side my first day in the gym
Good for you.
All my DYEL friends started @ <100lbs. 160 in 5 months is pretty good
OP how strong were you when you started lifting
this is frickin autistic. stop comparing yourself to others gay and keep lifting.
fricking wimp
